✦ Payment is acceptable via PayPal only.✦ I will start working on the commission once I've received the payment.

I will be asking you to provide an email of your PayPal account so I can make an invoice for you.
This is to protect my privacy as an artist.✦ You are allowed to pay 50% of the price of the illustration type you wish for me to illustrate upfront and pay the remainder of the 50% once I am close to finishing the illustration.
I will send a blurred photo of the illustration once I am close to finishing the illustration to show you the progress for you to be able to pay up. This is to protect my artwork from being stolen from clients who have not completed the full payment of the commissioned illustration/vtuber models.

✦ Commission Orders will be taken on Google Forms.
Once the commission application has been closed, I will contact the applicants whose commission requests have been accepted.
Please note that I am still a student. I will only pick commissions that are easy and fast for me to complete.✦ I have the right to cancel a commission
if I do not feel comfortable drawing your character, if it is included in the drawings I can't do, and if you have been treating me in a disrespectful way.✦ Make sure that your DMs are open.
This makes it is easier for me to contact you about your commission.✦ You are required to provide clear photo references.
I will not accept paragraphs or texts as references no matter how detailed and clear they are.✦ I will send the drafts/sketches until completion.
If there are any revisions (pose, composition changes, character design changes, etc.), please do so at the time of the drafting or sketches. Substantial revisions after that will be difficult.✦ The file format will be PNG/JPG when it comes to Illustration Commissions.
Sending progress of the drawings will have minor watermarks to avoid my artwork getting stolen.
Once all payment has been completed, I will be sending the final artwork in high quality.✦ The file format will be in PSD when it comes to VTUBER Commissions.✦ By commissioning me, it means that you automatically agree to my Terms of Service and you are expected to strictly follow them.

✦A commissioned art for commercial usage such as merchandise, promotion, advertisement, etc., will cost much more depending on how the commissioned artwork will be commercially used.✦Using a commissioned art work for commercial usage such as Twitch banners, profile pictures, Youtube thumbnails, and any banners are FREE.

As the Artist/Illustrator, I am allowed to:✦ Post the commissioned artwork on any social media platform I have but I will be giving you full credits that you are the owner of the character.✦ If you commissioned me to draw fanarts, I am still allowed to post it on any social media platform I have however, I will be crediting your name as my commissioner and not the owner of the character.‧˚₊꒷꒦︶︶︶︶︶꒷꒦︶︶︶︶︶꒦꒷‧₊˚⊹As the commissioner, you are allowed to:✦ Use the artwork in any way you want as long as it's for personal use only.✦ You can upload the artwork on your social media platforms while remembering to credit me as the Artist/Illustrator.✦ You can claim the character but not the artwork itself.‧˚₊꒷꒦︶︶︶︶︶꒷꒦︶︶︶︶︶꒦꒷‧₊˚⊹As the commissioner, you are NOT ALLOWED to:✦ Claim the artwork as if it's your creation.✦ Use my artwork for AI, NFTs, etc.✦ Post or promote the artwork without giving me credits or without my watermark.✦ Edit/change the artwork without my permission.
